Position: Webmaster, PR Manager, Producer, Show Moderator, Advertising Manager

Tasks: Web development and Maintainance, writing and implementing code. Maintaining permanent contact with various Djs, producers and Records labels which support the Radio project or have their own weekly show on the Radio. Discovering and training new talents in the art of show moderation and/or Djing. Constantly looking for talented and experienced Djs to bring into Xt Radio, cutting a deal with them or their managers. Main goal: making Xt Radio as well-known as possible, spreading Xt Radio shows and mixes on torrent trackers, cutting publicity deals with various sites and persons of interest. From time to time, going on the air and showing them how it’s done!
